# Tạo Segment

Để tạo Segment trên SmaxAi, trong module Khách hàng chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Thêm phân đoạn**</mark>&#x20;

Tiếp theo, đặt tên cho phân đoạn khách hàng và chọn điều kiện

Ví dụ, tạo phân đoạn <mark style="color:purple;">**Khách hàng có số điện thoại**</mark> với điều kiện thuộc tính <mark style="color:purple;">**{{phone}}**</mark> là any, sau đó chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Lưu**</mark> để tạo phân đoạn mới&#x20;
