# Import khách hàng

Hướng dẫn import khách hàng hoặc cập nhật thêm thông tin cho khách hàng vào SmaxAi bằng file Excel

Lưu ý:

* File excel upload lên bắt buộc phải có pid và page\_pid (định danh của khách hàng trên 1 nền tảng nào đó)
* Tính năng này chỉ cập nhật được thông tin của 1 khách hàng đã có trên kênh (thông qua việc định danh pid và page\_pid), chứ không tự tạo ra được 1 khách hàng mới trên kênh

Bước 1: Trong module <mark style="color:orange;">**Khách hàng**</mark> chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Import Contacts**</mark>

Chọn các thuộc tính muốn import cho khách hàng, sau đó chọn tải file mẫu

Mở file excel vừa tải, điền các thông tin của khách hàng mà bạn muốn import lên hệ thống

Bạn có thể thêm các thuộc tính chung hoặc gắn thẻ cho toàn bộ khách hàng, sau đó chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Upload file**</mark> và chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Import**</mark> để bắt đầu import khách hàng
