## 1\_ Kết nối kênh

Để thêm kênh mới vào SmaxAi, bạn chọn Kết nối kênh

Sau đó chọn kênh muốn kết nối và làm theo hướng dẫn

## 2\_ Thông tin kênh

Bạn có  thể xem thông tin chi tiết của kênh đã thêm vào SmaxAi trong cài đặt <mark style="color:orange;">**Kênh**</mark>

Tab <mark style="color:orange;">**Authors**</mark> bao gồm thông tin các Admin quản lý trang và trạng thái token kết nối với SmaxAi, lưu ý nếu hệ thống báo token lỗi bạn cần kết nối lại trang để tránh gặp lỗi

Tab <mark style="color:orange;">**Domain Whitelisted**</mark> giúp bạn quản lý các tên miền được phép mở dạng PopUp trên Messenger, bạn có thể xóa hoặc thêm tên miền mới bằng cách chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Thêm Domain**</mark>, sau đó nhập tên miền muốn thêm và chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Lưu**</mark>

Tab <mark style="color:orange;">**Crawl Data**</mark> giúp bạn quét lại các dữ liệu khách hàng cũ bị thiếu, lưu ý bạn chỉ có thể Crawl các dữ liệu có STATUS khác DONE
