# Gói cước

## 1. Giải thích thông số

Thông số gói cước trên SmaxAi bao gồm:

* Pages: Tổng số kênh (trên tất cả nền tảng) được kết nối vào biz
* Members: Tổng số nhân viên được thêm vào biz
* Customers: Số khách hàng trên mỗi kênh được thêm vào biz
* Send Cards: Tổng số thẻ chức năng trong module <mark style="color:orange;">**Bot - Auto**</mark> được gửi đi (trên tất cả các kênh)

Giải thích về Send Cards: Send Card là số thẻ chức năng bạn <mark style="color:purple;">**chủ động**</mark> gửi đi cho khách hàng trong module <mark style="color:orange;">**Bot - Auto**</mark>

Ví dụ: Bạn sử dụng Bot gửi broadcast cho 100 khách hàng, mỗi broadcast gồm 1 thẻ Messenger Text và 1 thẻ Messenger Image, hệ thống sẽ tính là 200 Send Cards

Lưu ý: Số Customers và số Send Cards chỉ sử dụng cho module <mark style="color:orange;">**Bot - Auto**</mark>, nếu số Customers và số Send Cards vượt quá gói cước, Bot sẽ dừng lại còn các module khác vẫn hoạt động bình thường&#x20;

## 2. Hướng dẫn đăng ký gói cước

Trong cài đặt gói cước chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Nâng cấp**</mark>

Sau đó chọn các thông số của gói cước muốn nâng cấp, thời gian mua gói cước và chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Thanh toán**</mark>

Thanh toán bằng cách quét mã QR hoặc theo hướng dẫn
