# Block mẫu

## 1\_ Tạo nhóm phân loại

Bước 1: Trong cài đặt <mark style="color:orange;">**Block mẫu**</mark> chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Nhóm**</mark>

Bước 2: Chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**+ Group**</mark> để tạo nhóm mới

Sau đó đặt tên cho nhóm và chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Lưu**</mark> để tạo nhóm mới

## 2\_ Tạo block mẫu mới

Bước 1: Trong cài đặt <mark style="color:orange;">**Block mẫu**</mark> chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Thêm mới**</mark>

Bước 2: Cấu hình cho block mẫu muốn tạo

<mark style="color:orange;">**(1)**</mark> - Block: Block muốn gửi cho khách

<mark style="color:orange;">**(2)**</mark> - Mã trả lời nhanh: Nội dung gõ trong khung chat \ + mã trả lời nhanh để gửi cho khách

<mark style="color:orange;">**(3)**</mark> - Mô tả: Mô tả block mẫu

<mark style="color:orange;">**(4)**</mark> - Nhóm: Nhóm phân loại

Sau khi cấu hình xong, chọn Lưu để tạo block mẫu mới&#x20;

## 3\_ Chỉnh sửa block mẫu

Chọn biểu tượng di chuyển để sắp xếp lại thứ tự của block mẫu hoặc di chuyển sang nhóm khác

Chọn biểu tượng chỉnh sửa để chỉnh sửa nội dung block mẫu
