# GenAI

T**rigger GenAI** dùng để kích hoạt AI tương tác và phát hiện ý định khách hàng để gửi các luồng chatbot phù hợp với ngữ cảnh

Để tạo trigger GenAI, bạn cần thiết lập sẵn 1 AI Chatbot trong Extend Modules. Xem hướng dẫn thiết lập tại:

Tiếp theo, trong phần **Kịch bản (Trigger)** của module Bot-Auto, tạo mới trigger GenAI

Chọn kênh bạn muốn áp dụng trigger (1), sau đó chọn GenAI bạn đã thiết lập sẵn trước đó (2).&#x20;

Phần ý định khách hàng (3) dùng để phát hiện hành vi khách hàng, ví dụ: khách muốn mua hàng, khách phàn nàn về sản phẩm,...Tại phần này, bạn có thể chọn gửi các luồng chatbot hoặc để GenAI phản hồi trực tiếp sau khi phát hiện được ý định khách hàng
