# Livechat Tag

Trong danh sách Zalo Web Trigger, chọn trigger Tag:

<mark style="color:purple;">**(1)**</mark> - Đặt tên cho trigger

<mark style="color:purple;">**(2)**</mark> - Chọn kênh áp dụng

<mark style="color:purple;">**(3)**</mark> - Chọn thẻ tag kích hoạt trigger

<mark style="color:purple;">**(4)**</mark> - Chọn hành động kích hoạt trigger: ADD (gắn thẻ), REMOVE (gỡ thẻ)

<mark style="color:purple;">**(5)**</mark> - LIVECHAT: Kích hoạt khi gắn/gỡ tag trên livechat, API: Kích hoạt khi gắn/gỡ tag bằng thẻ Change Tags trên chatbot
