# LiveChat Tags

Trong danh sách trigger chọn Trigger Tag:

<mark style="color:purple;">**(1)**</mark> Đặt tên cho trigger

<mark style="color:purple;">**(2)**</mark> Chọn kênh áp dụng

<mark style="color:purple;">**(3)**</mark> Cài đặt thời gian chạy nếu muốn

<mark style="color:purple;">**(4)**</mark> Chọn thẻ tag kích hoạt trigger

<mark style="color:purple;">**(5)**</mark> Chọn hành động kích hoạt trigger: ADD (gắn thẻ), REMOVE (gỡ thẻ)

<mark style="color:purple;">**(6)**</mark> LIVECHAT: Kích hoạt khi gắn/gỡ tag trên livechat, API: Kích hoạt khi gắn/gỡ tag bằng thẻ Change Tags trên chatbot
