# Danh sách trigger

Trigger là điều kiện để khách hàng kích hoạt kịch bản chatbot

Ví dụ:

* Trigger Comment: Kịch bản sẽ kích hoạt khi khách hàng bình luận vào bài viết
* Trigger Click To Message Ads: Kịch bản sẽ kích hoạt khi khách hàng bấm vào nút Gửi tin nhắn trên bài quảng cáo

Để xem danh sách trigger của kênh, bạn cần truy cập module Bot-Auto và chọn phần Kịch bản

Bấm vào phần chọn kênh, mỗi kênh sẽ có danh sách trigger khác nhau

Sau đó chọn Tạo mới trigger hoặc bấm vào biểu tượng dấu + để xem danh sách trigger
