Thẻ Change Tags sẽ có 2 lựa chọn:
* ADD: Gắn thẻ
* REMOVE: Xóa thẻ

Lưu ý nên sử dụng 1 thẻ Change Tags trong 1 block, không nên sử dụng nhiều thẻ để ADD, REMOVE
